Dogwood Tree Care LTD
Service enquiry terms
Last updated: October 8, 2026.
Requests and quotations
A website request begins an enquiry. It does not confirm a booking, crew dispatch, availability or fixed price. The team will discuss the site, work and assessment arrangements. Initial advice and quotes are complimentary; formal reports and separately scoped services are agreed individually.
Agreed scope
The written quotation and agreed service terms define the work. Confirm tree identification, access, permits, branches and timber, debris handling, stump work, site finish, scheduling and payment terms before work begins.
Specialist work
Some project types require specialist methods, equipment, qualifications or approvals. Availability and the responsible provider must be confirmed. A service information page does not guarantee that every method is suitable or available for every site.
Property requirements
Provide accurate information about the property and known access constraints. Current permit and authorization requirements must be confirmed with the responsible authority. Share any required documentation or approval conditions with the team.
Urgent concerns
Online enquiries are not emergency dispatch requests. Call to check availability for urgent tree concerns. For an immediate threat to life, contact emergency services. Electrical hazards should be reported to the utility.
Questions
Contact eagleseyetreecare@gmail.com or 778-678-7771 before booking if any part of the work is unclear.
Clear advice, from the start
Before work is agreed.
Understand your options before you book.
When does a website enquiry become agreed tree work?
The request begins a discussion. A booking follows confirmation of the suitable scope, price, availability and requirements with the team. The online form itself does not confirm a service contract, work date or crew dispatch.
What should be agreed when the scope changes after an assessment?
Clarify the revised trees or tasks, method, cleanup, price and scheduling before the additional work proceeds. Stump treatment, formal documents or later ground work should be identified explicitly. The agreed service terms define the work rather than a general information page.
Does a service page guarantee every specialist method is available?
No. Equipment, qualifications, site suitability and the responsible provider must be confirmed for specialist work. Send any project requirements before booking. An information page introduces the service enquiry; the agreed quotation establishes what will actually be provided.
