Dogwood Tree Care LTD
Privacy policy

Information you provide
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, selected service and any message you choose to include. The page and service-area context may be recorded with the enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to discuss your tree-care needs, arrange an assessment and prepare a quote. A request does not create a marketing subscription.
How the quote form works
Submitted details are saved in the website’s enquiry database. After saving, you can open a prepared email and send those details directly to the business inbox. Opening an email draft does not itself send a message.
Service providers and security
Hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the website. We use limited technical information to protect the form against repeated or abusive submissions. The anti-abuse network identifier is derived using a daily hash; raw network identifiers are not stored in quote records by the form.
Retention and access
Enquiry information is kept for the business purpose described above and related recordkeeping. Contact us to ask about your information, request correction or discuss deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
External links and email
Municipal resources, maps and your email service have their own privacy practices. If you email photographs, choose images relevant to the quote and avoid including unrelated personal information.

Clear advice, from the start
Quote information and privacy.
Understand your options before you book.
Does requesting a quote subscribe me to marketing messages?
No. The form collects details for the tree-care enquiry and related business communication. It does not create a newsletter subscription. Contact the team if you have questions about use of the information you provide.
Does opening the prepared enquiry email automatically send my details?
No. Your email application opens a draft and you choose whether to send it. The website enquiry has already been saved separately when the success message appears. Avoid including unrelated personal information or photographs in your message.
How can I ask to correct information in a saved enquiry?
Contact the business using the listed email or phone and identify the enquiry where possible. You can request correction or discuss deletion, subject to relevant recordkeeping obligations. Share only the information needed to identify and address your request.
